Being the first refurbishment project, Davidshall was renovated with the help of carpenter Ingemar Nilsson over the course of three months. The scheme involved rearranging of walls, a new bathroom, moving the kitchen, restoring floors and fitting site specific interior. All the work except for plumbing was carried out by own hand.
